Dodamo moko, ki jo v sredini preluknjamo s kuhalnico, da dobro prevre. Lonec pokrijemo in pustimo, da masa vre 25 min. Zmes gnetemo, prilijemo olje ter po potrebidodamo vodo. Testo naj bo mehko, mesimo in stepamo da tako, da ga dvigujemo in me\u010demo ob desko. Ko je testo gotovo, se mora lo\u010diti od dlani in deske, biti gladko, voljno, mehko. Testo na vrhu zare\u017eemo, da la\u017eje vzhaja in ga polo\u017eimo v pomokano posodo, ki jo pokrijemo s prepognjenim prti\u010dem. Vzhaja naj po\u010dasi. Pri gnetenju testa si lahko pomagamo tudi z me\u0161alnikom, ki ima nastavke za testo ali pa s posodo za vzhajanje. Ko se testo rahlo dvigne, ga razre\u017eemo in oblikujemo za prst debele trakove, ki jih polo\u017eimo na poma\u0161\u010den peka\u010d in jih damo v ogreto pe\u010dico. Ko so trganci pe\u010deni in ohlajeni, jih z roko natrgamo na manj\u0161e ko\u0161\u010dke. Poparimo jih s kropom in polo\u017eimo v posodo, ki jo pokrijemo in pustimo stati minuto ali dve.
