Du\u0161imo na vro\u010di masti do rde\u010de-rjave barve, dodamo sol, poper, preme\u0161amo.<br \/>\nIz sestavin za vle\u010deno testo zamesimo voljno gladko testo, naredimo hleb\u010dek, prema\u017eemo ga z oljem, da se ne naredi skorja in ga pokrijemo. Pokrito testo naj po\u010diva uro ali ve\u010d.<br \/>\nSpo\u010dito testo razvaljamo in ga na tanko razvle\u010demo. Nama\u017eemo z zeljevim nadevom, polijemo s kislo smetano in zavijemo. Pe\u010demo eno uro pri 200 C. Na koncu jed polijemo s smetano.
