To zme\u0161amo in pustimo, da za\u010dne vzhajati. Zmes vlijemo v moko, dodamo rumenjake, limonino lupino, preostali sladkor in mleko. Umesimo testo in ga damo vzhajat.<br \/>\nMedtem pripravimo nadev. Raztopimo surovo maslo, dodamo mlete orehe, beljake, rum in limonin sok. Vse dobro preme\u0161amo.<br \/>\nKo testo dovolj naraste, ga razvaljamo na prst debelo, nama\u017eemo z nadevom in zavijemo v potico. Polo\u017eimo jo v poma\u0161\u010den peka\u010d in jo \u0161e pustimo na toplem vzhajatu 15 minut. Preden jo damo pe\u010d, jo prema\u017eemo s stepenim jajcem in okrasimo s kuhanimi pisankami.<br \/>\nPe\u010demo jo dobro uro pri 200 C, pozneje pri 160 C. Pala\u010dinke pe\u010de\u0161 samo na eni strani in jih polaga\u0161 na kro\u017enik eno na drugo, vmes posipa\u0161 s sladkorjem, pome\u0161anim z limonino lupino. Po vrhu polije\u0161 s \u010dokoladno glazuro.
